The FGO platform offers a comprehensive solution for online invoicing and financial management. It features fully automated e-invoicing, allowing users to generate and send invoices from suppliers effortlessly. The system supports attendance tracking and integrates seamlessly with the SAGA accounting software, as well as with cloud storage services such as One Drive and Google Drive for secure archive management.

Users benefit from unlimited issuance of invoices and receivables, enabling scalable business operations without restrictions. The automated e-invoicing process involves connecting the SPV account, swiftly transmitting e-invoices to ANAF’s system, and monitoring their status. Automatic dispatch of invoices to PJ (legal entities) via SPV can be activated, ensuring that all outgoing invoices are transmitted automatically according to user-defined settings—eliminating manual intervention.

Receiving invoices from suppliers through SPV is straightforward, with unlimited access in all subscription plans. The platform supports issuing various document types including proforma invoices, reverse charge documents, and non-taxable operations. Managing sent and received e-invoices is streamlined, and users can promptly email PDF versions of invoices for printing or digital storage. Additionally, the system offers compatibility with thermal printers via mobile devices where supported.

Key management features include client and item management, order entry by sales agents with restricted access, and a registration register that automatically assigns sequential document numbers for incoming and outgoing documents. Suppliers’ e-invoices can be imported directly, along with fiscal receipts needed by accounting staff; the system synchronizes automatically with the web account for easy accounting processing.

The application automatically syncs with the web platform using the same credentials, providing flexibility to access either interface at any time. Advanced options are accessible through the web platform on a PC or laptop, including invoice customization (templates, logos, stamps, displayed information), integration with SPV ANAF, banking connections, mobile payment solutions (e.g., mobilPay), invoice payment links, eMag Marketplace integration, as well as connectivity with cloud services such as One Drive and Google Drive.
